Q2: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Q3: WHERE ARE THESE PRODUCTS MADE?
Our products were designed and customed in the USA.
Q4: MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
Q5: I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?
Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
Q6: I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us for timely support.
Q7: WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard as well and Paypal.

Q9: CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to Support@ukiyoeshoes.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Q10: I TRACKED DOWN MY ORDER AND THE STATUS SAYS RETURN TO SENDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If the parcels are returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE / HK customers, please ensure to provide your PO Box or Zip Code (whichever is available) so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mailbox or doorstep.
Q11: THE TRACKING SITE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to track down their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrives at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
